JOB DESCRIPTION
This unpaid internship offers a Sales Coordinator position with training and mentorship in the technology services industry. It's an excellent opportunity for college students looking to enhance their leadership, sales, project management, and communication skills in a dynamic and supportive setting. The internship lasts 6 to 9 months, with the potential for a full-time role based on performance, job needs, and the candidate's availability.

THIS POSITION WILL ENTAIL:
  • Oversee and maintain the sales lead database, guiding the sales process efficiently.

  • Aid in closing sales deals and supporting account acquisition.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales resources are up-to-date and effective.

  • Help design and implement sales strategies and optimization efforts.

  • Coordinate and support integrated sales campaigns and initiatives.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to current clients.

  • Develop and maintain sales tracking, metrics, and dashboards for ongoing performance assessment.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide documentation and communication support within the sales team.

  • Other duties as assigned

DESIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications or Mac equivalents (Numbers, Keynote, and Papers).

  • Eager to work with people and build positive relationships.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

  • Dependable and detail-oriented in all tasks.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a graduate or undergraduate program in business administration or a related discipline.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with start-ups is a bonus.
