About the Role
The Vice President - Operations is a hands-on operational leader responsible for driving disciplined execution across Digital Factory's business operations. This role translates enterprise operating priorities into practical workflows, measurable deliverables, documented processes, and consistent execution.
The VP - Operations works across Technology, Product, Client Services, Revenue, Finance, Legal/Compliance, Marketing, and other business functions to ensure priorities move from decision to execution, cross-functional handoffs are effective, operational risks are identified early, and commitments are completed on time.
This leader builds and maintains the operational infrastructure required for Digital Factory to scale, including companywide operating processes, KPI reporting, functional scorecards, action tracking, client and revenue handoffs, standard operating procedures, vendor operations, risk and escalation management, and continuous process improvement.
The VP - Operations facilitates cross-functional execution without assuming functional ownership of the departments it supports; functional leaders retain accountability and decision-making authority for their respective areas.
The ideal candidate is an execution-oriented operator who brings structure to complexity, strengthens operational accountability, solves operational problems, and builds repeatable systems without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
This is an equity-only, fractional opportunity for experienced, entrepreneurial-minded professionals who want to put their expertise to work beyond their current role or consulting portfolio. Help scale a next-generation data analytics and technology company, earn an ownership stake, and participate in the potential financial upside of the value you help create.
