What You’ll Do
People Operations
- Design and continuously improve People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Develop scalable onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and operational workflows.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, documentation, and operational standards.
- Ensure accurate employee data management and recordkeeping.
- Partner with leaders to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Build scalable frameworks, templates, and playbooks that improve organizational capability.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure strong onboarding and leadership pipeline development.
HR Technology
- Lead the selection, implementation, optimization, and administration of HR technology platforms.
- Manage HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), performance management systems, employee engagement tools, and related People technologies.
- Evaluate emerging HR technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions that improve productivity and employee experience.
- Partner with Technology to ensure system integration, security, and data integrity.
- Develop technology roadmaps supporting organizational growth.
People Analytics & Workforce Insights
- Develop enterprise People dashboards and executive scorecards.
- Build and monitor workforce KPIs including:
- Headcount
- Hiring metrics
- Time-to-fill
- Retention
- Turnover
- Diversity metrics
- Engagement
- Internal mobility
- Organizational health
- Analyze workforce trends and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Support workforce planning through predictive analytics and data-driven insights.
- Prepare executive reports for leadership meetings and Board presentations.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Develop scalable HR operating procedures and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR data governance practices.
- Partner with Legal on employment documentation, policy administration, and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain audit-ready HR documentation and reporting processes.
Strategic Partnership
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to improve recruiting analytics and hiring effectiveness.
- Partner with Talent Management to measure learning, leadership development, and employee engagement outcomes.
- Partner with Finance to support workforce planning and headcount reporting.
- Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
- Provide strategic workforce data that informs executive decision making.
Executive Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief People & Culture Officer on People Operations strategy, HR technology, analytics, and operational excellence.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives supporting organizational growth and scalability.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision making.
- Build operational infrastructure that enables a high-performing, scalable People function.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or MS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Organizational Development, or a related discipline required.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibility in People Operations, HR Technology, HRIS, or People Analytics.
- Experience implementing or optimizing HR technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of workforce analytics, HR metrics, and dashboard development.
- Experience supporting organizational growth within technology, startup, or high-growth environments preferred.
Desired Skills
- Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
- Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence within Human Resources operations

Compensation
