What You’ll Learn & Support
Learning & Development
- Learn how leadership development and training programs are planned and delivered.
- Assist with coordinating training sessions and leadership development programs.
- Help schedule participants and prepare learning materials.
- Support instructional design and learning content development projects.
- Organize learning resources and training documentation.
Performance Management
- Observe talent review, career development, and succession planning discussions where appropriate.
- Assist with preparing performance review materials.
- Learn how organizations align performance with business goals.
- Shadow calibration and talent review discussions where appropriate.
Employee Development
- Assist with career development initiatives.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Help prepare recognition communications and engagement surveys.
- Observe succession planning and talent development discussions.
Talent Management Projects
- Research best practices in leadership development and employee engagement.
- Research emerging trends in Talent Management, leadership development, employee engagement, and AI-enabled learning technologies.
- Learn how AI-enabled learning platforms and digital development tools support modern leadership and employee development programs.
- Assist in creating guides, templates, and process documentation.
- Support organizational development initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects.
Cross-Training Experience
As part of Digital Factory's Human Resources Internship Program, interns have opportunities to collaborate across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and People Analytics through job shadowing, cross-functional projects, and shared learning experiences.
This cross-functional approach provides interns with a comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle while building foundational knowledge across core Human Resources disciplines. In addition to developing specialized expertise within their primary internship track, interns gain broader exposure to strategic HR practices, helping them build a well-rounded foundation for future careers in Human Resources.
What You Bring
- Current enrollment in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous campus leadership, volunteer, internship, or project experience.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, or Human Resources.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Commitment & Dates
- Up to 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule
- Duration: 6–9 months, with the potential for extension based on learning goals and project needs.
Compensation & Internship Status
- This is an unpaid educational internship intended to provide structured learning, professional development, and practical experience.
- Participants should not expect wages or other compensation for participation in this educational internship.
- Eligible students may receive academic credit through their educational institution, where applicable.
- Upon successful completion of the internship, participants will receive a Certificate of Internship Completion recognizing their participation and learning achievements.
- Completion of the internship does not guarantee future employment with Digital Factory Technologies.
