What You’ll Do
Manage and expand a book of enterprise/strategic accounts
Own executive relationships and day-to-day account leadership
Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion revenue
Build and execute strategic account plans
Partner with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Delivery to deliver outcomes
Ensure strong onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value
Monitor account health, forecast revenue, and keep CRM current
Success Metrics
High renewal/retention rates
Consistent expansion and upsell growth
Strong client engagement and satisfaction
Accurate forecasting and reporting
Requirements
5+ years in enterprise/strategic account management
Proven ability to manage complex, high-value relationships
Strong track record in renewals and expansion conversations
Executive presence + excellent stakeholder management
Comfortable cross-functionally in fast-paced teams
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Compensation
Commission-based, tied to renewals and account growth
Base or draw may be available depending on experience
