JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an unpaid internship. The Strategic Analyst position will receive training and guidance as you learn about the technology services industry. It's a great opportunity for college students who want to develop leadership, sales, project management, and communication skills in a fast-paced and highly supportive environment. The length of the internship is 6 to 9 months with the possibility of a full-time position based on performance, job requirements, and availability of the selected candidate. As a Strategic Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

THIS POSITION WILL ENTAIL:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
Assist in driving accounts to a close.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define strategic priorities, goals, and action plans.
Analyze company performance, financial data, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Support current clients, delivering outstanding customer service.
Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the potential impact of strategic decisions on business outcomes.
Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Participate in strategic projects, task forces, and cross-functional teams as assigned by management.
Identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and market dynamics that may impact the company's long-term strategy.

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications (or Mac platform Numbers, Keynote and Papers).

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Excellent research, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment under strict time constraints.
Reliable and detail oriented.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data, draw meaningful insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in strategic planning methodologies, frameworks, and tools.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

Have a degree or a current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program in business administration or a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Proven experience as a Strategic Analyst, Management Consultant, or similar role, preferably in a corporate strategy or management consulting environment.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
